Hello. I truly love the work I do and feel honored to support individuals in their healing and growth. For over 15 years, I have worked in the counseling field, providing care to those navigating life’s challenges, as well as individuals seeking greater self-understanding and meaningful personal change. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Idaho. My clinical experience includes both community-based and hospital settings in Boise. I am also a registered counselor supervisor and value supporting newer therapists as they develop confidence and skill in their clinical work. I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to offer compassionate guidance and effective, evidence-based interventions—such as EMDR—tailored to meet you where you are and support the reality of your lived experience.
